2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing time may include order review, picking, packing, and dispatch preparation.

Shipping fees are charged in USD and are based on the delivery region. United States: USD $12.99, with free shipping on orders over USD $129.00. Europe: USD $24.99, with free shipping on orders over USD $189.00. Asia: USD $29.99, with free shipping on orders over USD $229.00. Rest of World: USD $34.99, with free shipping on orders over USD $269.00. Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties, or additional service fees, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated transit times begin after the order has been dispatched. United States: 5–8 business days. Europe: 7–12 business days. Asia: 8–14 business days. Rest of World: 10–18 business days. These timeframes are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary.
5. Carriers and Fulfillment
Orders may be shipped through major carriers or delivery partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, YunExpress, or local last-mile carriers, depending on the destination and shipment route. We may select the carrier that we believe is most suitable for the order, and some shipments may be transferred between international and local delivery partners during transit.
6. Tracking Information
